  15. EXPERTS’ RECOMMANDATIONS: EXPERT 1 • Assure from the beginning an IPR policy for the inclusions of tools within the Learning Resource centre • Examples of real learning scenarios in real settings are needed. The output “Educational Report” should include the condition for the use and the limitations for the good use of the system in any organization willing to do it. • The strategy for the quality selection of the tools within the VR-LRC is not mentioned • Dissemination should be improved by making links with international associations in the field of engineering education • The implementation phase needs more time. Two months (!!) is very little for the validity of the results, examples of good practices, etc. December, 18, 2006

  16. EXPERTS’ RECOMMANDATIONS: EXPERT 2 • The project exploitation needs a thorough plan and strategy that goes beyond the current project consortium. The use of the results inside and outside the partnership must be explained, and transferability scenarios should be included. • IPRs issues (in particular for VR elements) must be cleared. • The work plan needs more details as far as the technical implementation and infrastructure is concerned. Test phases should be described in a clear way, giving quantitative and qualitative indicators. • The evaluation strategy for external evaluation should be given in order to allow for measurable success factors, and should clearly start before the end of the project December, 18, 2006
