  2. Why do I need a new room? • My other room was destroyed by a flock of pheasants. • My bed is to small and covered in pheasant feathers. • My room now is the same it has been for years. • I need a change.

  3. If you do this I will… • Help you with assemble all the new stuff for it. • Paint when your tired of painting or when you just don’t want to • I’ll help with the heavy lifting. • I will carry all the old stuff out by myself.

  4. And if you do this • I will help you if you want to design your room again. • Do chores without you asking. • Be nice to the cat. • Clean your room.
