AM Server AM Server Components Make sure you have AM Control, AM Download, and AM Upload running.
AM Server AM Monitor • Hierarchy of how handhelds are distributed • Ensure handhelds are in appropriate gates and facilities
AM Server AM Transfer: Download / Upload • Transfers information between AM server to back office • Be sure it’s running with “Sleeping” or “Transferring” status • “Ticket not found”
AM Server AM Control • Defines handheld devices that are setup in AM Monitor • Lists by device ID or by IP Address • AM Control needs to run for the handhelds to appear Online • Ensure Device ID matches handheld ID
