  1. Windows Store Cache May Be Damaged In Windows 10

  2. Solution 1: Clear and Reset Windows Store  Step 1. First of all, you navigate to C:\Windows\System32 ( You can press Windows Key + R, type C:\Windows\System32 and click OK) Note: The C drive is the default installation location for Windows  Step 2. In System32 folder, you need to locate WSReset.exe application. Then you right-click on it and choose Run as administrator.  Step 3. When User Account Control dialog box appears, you click Yes button. The WSReset.exe application will automatically reset Windows Store without affecting your settings and installed apps.  Step 4. Please wait until that reset operation completes, and Windows will automatically open Store app. Now you can install the apps or download fresh apps and see if it’s working like it should.

  3. Using Altering Cache Folder In App Directory  Step 1. Press Windows Key + R and type C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Win dowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState in the Run then hit Enter. The C drive is the default installation location for Windows AppData folder is hidden by default. <YOURUSERNAME> with your user account name.  Step 2. In the LocalState folder, you need to locate Cache folder, and rename it Cache.old. Then you create a new folder and name it Cache.  Step 3. Finally, you exit File Explorer and restart your computer. After restarting your computer, you re-try to run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter, you will see the issue has fixed as well.
