VRAP Vehicle Registration Abuse Program Is a program designed to bring vehicle registration violators, who live in El Paso County and have vehicles with license plates from out of state or out of the country, to register their vehicles in Texas, either voluntarily or through enforcement action. IT'S THE LAW VRAP

3. CONCEPT VRAP To bring vehicle registration violators into compliance with Texas law. To reduce public frustration. To recover stolen vehicles. To recover legitimate county and state revenue. To educate the public and warn potential violators IT'S THE LAW VRAP
