How to Apply How to apply: • Go to: http://www.grad.uc.edu/ApplyOnline.aspx • Complete and submit the University/Graduate School portion of the application • Within 48 hours you will be emailed a link to complete the School/program application • In the department application you must select GE-ACE in “Special Programs” What documents are required for the application process? • Original copy of your transcript that shows your degree conferred • UC Undergrads do not need to submit a copy of their transcripts, we can print a copy for you. Please contact the coordinator below to request us to print them for you. • E-mail the coordinator below once your application is complete • Nothing else needs to be submitted for GE-ACE students Who can I contact with questions about the application process or status?   6. Schedule Typical Schedule Students will start their 1st semester in the Fall. This will be a full time semester taking 15+ credit hours minimum. See specific program requirements. The completion of their program at UC will take place in the Spring semester with 5 total credit hours (3 classroom + 2 research) as listed in the above Requirements section.
