Test Writing Assignment Instructions (Part 1): • You will be writing a 30-question test that your classmates will be taking • You must write THREE questions for each of the 10 body systems • The questions can be True/False, multiple choice, or fill-in the blank ONLY • Do NOT write any matching or open ended questions • Make sure that the questions are written NEATLY and that there is room for the people answering the test to write their answers. • As you are writing your test, you also need to be filing in your answer key • KEEP YOUR QUESTIONS FOCUSED ON THE TERMS IN YOUR NOTES FROM LAST WEEK! • When you are done, staple together the 2 pages of your test and turn it in to Mrs. Dyke – keep your answer sheet

Test Writing Assignment Instructions (Part 2): • Your group will be given another groups test to take • You may NOT use ANY of your notes or handouts • You will read the questions aloud as a group • As a group, decide what you think the answer is and write it down • Raise your hand when your group is done

Test Writing Assignment Instructions (Part 3): • You will be given back the test that YOUR group wrote • Get out the answer key that you wrote • As a group, you will grade your own test • When you are done, let the group that took your test know how they did • Staple your ANSWER KEY to the BACK of the PRACTICE TEST you wrote and turn it in to the class basket
