Groom’s Rooms – Our Serene and Stylish Cottage for Couples Groom’s Rooms at Dalesend Cottages is a romantic and luxurious boutique retreat cottage for two people on the upper floor of the Dalesend Cottages stable block. Relax in Groom’s Rooms, at the end of a day out cycling, walking or enjoying the brilliant visitor attractions close by us in the world famous Yorkshire Dales. Why not book a romantic short break with your partner? Groom’s Rooms boasts a real log burning stove which is easy to light (logs are complimentary with us unlike many holiday cottages) and the fire lends a romantic and cosy feel. Groom’s Rooms has a king- sized bed and a fantastic drench shower with unlimited hot water heated by of our state of the art biomass boiler. The floor is solid oakfinished with a light wash. All the colours and material are brought together to bring you a beautiful stylish luxury cottage. Stroll out and down the drive and you can walk round the ancient parkland beside the stream. In summer, sit on the east side of the house lawn and watch the sun set. A magical moment to remember. Groom’s rooms has two televisions so you can relax in bed and catch up with your favourite programmes. Information on local attractions and places to visit is kept in a file so you will never be at a loss for things to do in this delightful area of Yorkshire.

  2. Groom's Rooms has a wonderful outlook from the windows, is in a great location and is a quality cottage. Charles and Emma have gone to great lengths to ensure their guests have everything they need. Rick and Bernice (USA). This cottage spoils you.
