  4. Who? • Who should I reach out to for materials? • Agents can pre-order on their own • ASU will have access to place pre-orders and re-orders

  5. When? • When can I pre-order Medicare materials? • Recertification begins 7/15 • After new cert training • When will I get my materials? • Materials will begin shipping on 9/9 • When can I re-order materials? • 9/15 through ASU

Where and How? • Where and How agents pre-order Medicare materials? • Recertified agents • Click on ordering site link on KMSI • New Agents Certified • Receive login information from face to face training • Type in URL on browser • Enter SAN, name, product key information • Where and How agents re-order Medicare materials? • Call ASU
