2. Once logged in, you will see the new menu structure.Select View Patients (EMR) 2 1 Page 2

3. Select patient from “Any Location” or “Any Record” on the right panel, then choose your patient 2 1 Page 3

4. Select correct patient encounter, as there may be several visits Page 4

5. Select “Orders” on Right Menu Page 5

6. Select correct site location and hit “enter” button, or click OK 1 2 Page 6

7. Click: Orders, NameThen type “Consult” in Search boxHighlight the correct Order Click “Select” at bottom of page 1 2 3 4 5 Page 7

8. Type your username in Consulting Physician box, the Reason for Consultation in second boxand click Save at bottom 1 2 3 Page 8

9. Order request for verification needs your 4 digit e-sign pin number. Then select “File and Exit” to complete order. 1 2 Page 9

10. When you exit the visit, you can see your new consult order. You are now linked to this patient in your “My List”, “My Group” and “Recent Access” links Page 10
