Agenda February 9 • Journal • Finish Economics For Kids • Hoover’s vs. Roosevelt’s Response to the Depression • In Their Own Words • HW: Read “Hoover Defends His Record (1932)” and “Roosevelt Indicts Hoover (1932)” and Answer the accompanying questions • Read Chapter 5 and 6 and complete Reading packet Due Thursday February 19th Journal: What would you do if you had just purchased a new ipod and, as a joke, a sibling or friend took a sharpie wrote inappropriate or obscene things on it?

  2. Agenda Period 5 • Teaching Hoover’s vs. Roosevelt’s Response to the Depression • HW: Read “Hoover Defends His Record (1932)” and “Roosevelt Indicts Hoover (1932)” and Answer the accompanying questions • Read Chapter 5 and 6 and complete Reading packet Due Thursday February 19th

Teaching • Teach the class about your section and the most significant events that took place. • Explain how each action taken effected Supply and Demand and the GDP • Create a poster that would act as a teaching aid for your section • Create 4 questions about your section that would asses everyone’s knowledge about what you have just taught (you may not use the ones from the book).
