  2. Fractions/Decimals • The following lessons are addressing these standards: • Develop, analyze, and explain methods utilized to collect, organize, and describe data. (MO 1.1, 1.4,1.8, 2.1) • Investigate number forms such as fractions, decimals, and percents. (MO 1.10, 2.2, 4.1)

  4. DECIMALS & MONEY Change from a $10.00 dollar bill If you spend $1.85 at the ice cream store, and you pay with a $10.00 dollar bill, you get $8.15 in change. Notice that the digits in your change are the same as the digits in the amount you spent? There are five other amounts you could spend and get change with the same digits. See if you can find them all. List them in your journal. Do you see a pattern? Click page for answer
