  2. Timeline Phase 2 is an update to the current State HIT Plan and would satisfy Statutory requirements. It’s content would be HIT; HIE; HSE; and Consent. Architecture, MDM, Analytics, and Governance would be touched on, but those modules would be significantly expanded in Phases 3 and r work.
