  3. Short Term Goal • Change my strategies with students to promote high - order thinking. • Forming collaboration among students. • Focus on encouraging students instead of praising.

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks • Provide more opportunities to students to answer questions that require critical thinking. • Ask questions that require students to explain how they came with an answer or solution.

  6. Challenges Tardiness of students. Parents may not understand my teaching methods. Uncooperative student/s. Solutions Remind them to minimize their tardiness. By using the word processing skills to create newsletter. Encourage the student to join or participate in classroom activities. Solution to Anticipated Challenges

  8. Conclusion Implementation of 21st century approach could enhance one’s productivity.
