  2. DAY ONE – DOES THE BOSTON BOMBER DESERVE TO LIVE? Bruce Mendelsohn describes himself as and army veteran and proud but angry American, enraged by what he saw at the Boston marathon bombing. Bruce rushed to the finish line and applied a tourniquet to the leg of one badly injured woman, and was later sick to his stomach with a mix of adrenaline and anger. He now wants vengeance for the victims, and believes the surviving bomber does not deserve to live. DAY TWOTHE VIEW OF AN AMERICAN MUSLIM • William Webb • US rapper turned Muslim, Imam says that American Muslims dreaded the news that anyone of their faith might have been responsible for the terrorist attack that killed and mutilated innocent men, women and children, at the Boston marathon. William says the bombers have nothing to do with his faith, and he will not object if the surviving bomber is sentenced to death. Amy McCreath Amy McCreath is the priest in charge at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Watertown, Massachusetts, just a few streets away from where the surviving Boston bomber was finally arrested. Amy says she was shocked to see how young the bomber appeared. As a mother and as a Christian, Amy can see no purpose in executing the 19 year old, arguing that this would only make him a martyr to his cause. Amy believes answering violence with more violence is both illogical and immoral. Robert Wheeler Twenty-three-year-old student and part-time barman Robert Wheeler had already finished the Boston marathon ten minutes before the first bomb went off. Ron is haunted by the screams from the wounded that day, but he was able to save one of the injured by applying a tourniquet with his running vest. Rob denounces any attempt to justify the bombings in the name of religion, but he believes it would be wrong for him to join in the calls for the bomber to be executed, as this would mean allowing his emotional response to dictate justice.
