Hygiene In order to guarantee hygienic washing it is necessary the combination of the following three key factors • - an ecological detergent that does not leave harmful residues; • - a water temperature that must not be less than 85°C; • - a sufficient washing time in order to transfer the heat to the utensils The GR-System, thanks to the temperature of 85° maintained constantly during all the washing phases, assures a perfect hygiene of the utensils and the requirements of the standard HACCP and standard NSF(National Sanitation Fondation International)
