Evaluation • Dr. Gregory Wiens(HGC) visited the Mid-year GA Meeting - March 2011. • HGC leadership (Jeannette Flynn, Ken Love, Dan Holland & Greg Wiens) directed an evaluation weekend on June 10-12, 2011. • Focus group meetings in three locations - Friday. • Interviewed the Ministry Council on Saturday. • Saturday afternoon, shared life-cycle concerns to all. • Attended four congregations (preached at two). • At least 20 congregations were represented either through focus groups/interviews.

Proposal • Adopt a clear and concise mission. • The CDP District exists to produce healthy and growing churches that are transforming their communities, nation and world for Christ. • Develop a Church Transformation Ministry. • Turn plateaued and/or declining churches toward effective mission and community impact. • Target six churches over the next two years. • Create a church multiplication strategy. • Plant three congregations in the next three years. • Follow the PATCH process followed by HGC. (Prescreening/Prayer; Assessment; Training; Covenant; Help through Supervisor, Coach; Mentor; Peer Group; Trainer; Therapist)

Proposal (cont.) • Develop a comprehensive leadership development program. • Administration of Credentialing process would be put online • Online training • Mentoring and internships • Provide leadership and resourcing to the CDP. • Develop an onsite manager within the District within eighteen months (coordinate the week-to-week ministry. • Train and resource a leadership (Elders) board to govern.

Activities • Bringing Missional Clarity • Bylaws Writing/Coaching • Board Selection Assessment (DISC - $25, Values - $25, EQ - $25, TKA - $25 & Spiritual Gifts) • Budget Alignment • Church Transformation • Church Consultations - Three per year for 3 yrs. • CDP District pay 25% ($1250) per consultation, with the church covering the remainder ($3750). • Implementation of six covenants. • Six supporting coaching relationships (two years)

Activities (cont.) • Church Multiplication (planting) • PATCH process. • Three planting covenants by December 2014. • $800 per plant • Leadership Development • Credentialing online. • $400 per applicant • CDP initial setup fee of $4000 • Credentialing coaching. • $100 per hour • Mentoring and Internships. • Recruiting candidates from within the HGC network.

Activities (cont.) • Development of CDP District • Primary Regional Pastor Overseer (Most Likely Not CDP Member) • Year one - $5000 salary • Year two - $2500 salary • Year three - $1000 salary • Onsite Manager (OSM). • Year one - $3000 plus $1500 for travel and expenses • Year two - $6000 plus $2000 for travel and expenses • Year three - $9000 plus $2500 for travel and expenses • Resourcing and Training
