Sahara’s and sub sahara’slocation The sahara is the biggest desert in the world and is situated in North Africa , extending from the Atlantic which is at the west to the red sea which is found in the east and it also extends from the Mediterranean sea and the Atlas Mountains in the north to the Sahel in the south . These few year ths gigantic desert has expnaded even more to the south .
The Sahara and it’sclimete The Sahara actually has various kind of climates depending on the time and place where you are at . Firstly , you can find the hot climate which is the one that everybody knows the host and dry one which carries it self through out day time , the characteristics of this place , the Sahara , are it’s dunes and little vegetation which you can rearlly see . Here you can also find various kind of animals like the salmandras , scorpions, snakes… This animals all resist to heat perfectlly and know how to resist with out water for days or even weeks like in the case of the camel .
Sahara’s fauna and flora About the fauna there is not quite a ot to talk about soo examples are : cyprus and laurel , no other plantas have been seen or are known about in this desert this plants can survive with very little water in a hot climate. The fauna is also very sparscely found the mosst resistant animals that you can find here are various tipes of scorpions , defferent types of sankes and camels .
Antartica’slocation Antartica is situated in the south pole, exactly situated in the Antartic circle . Almost all is covered by ice sheets and ice bergs wich are giant ice blocs that you may see or may not see bacuse the can be floating or under the sea or even in both sides .
Antartica’sclimate Antartica’s climate sa you probably know is a snowy and dry cold weather which the avereage temperature is of -500 C , which causes everithing to freez and be neraly no flowy water that is also the reason for antartica to 98% snow or ice . Another reason for Antratica being so cold is that as it is so whait all the light reflects on the whole of Antarctica and it does not absorb eany light . There is also a quite strange thing , Antartica gets exactly the same months of light and the same months of darkness 6/6.
Antartica’s fauna • In Antartica the fauna is quite extense and interesting , how can in such a cold place can an animal survive ? This animals can survive because of their large anf fat fus they can also survive because of their large amount of fat which prtects them from the cold air and the snow . Somo of tthis animal are : • Weddell seal • Orcas • A large varaity of penguins • Lepard seals • Antarticshan and lots more…
Therainforest’slocation The rain forests are usually located near the equator or in Latin America .they are mostly in temperature but humid countries or places where it rains a lot .but the one I am writing or presenting is the rainforesst of the amazon.
The rain forest’sclimate They are mostly situated in temperate and humis places that cause it to e a rainy weather because the water cycle takes place more times than it is usuall in a normal day. The rason why thi happens is that the hot air makes the water evaporate the whole time and it makes it to condensate quit and rain again in a very little time compared to other countries . Here re ome examples of precipitation graphs : spin and rain forest
