  2. Qualification Daniel DeKoter is Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated lawyer presently serving on the Village Northwest Unlimited Board and East Oaks Estates Property Owners Association. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and English, from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1977. He is a past member of the Sibley Library Board, Sibley Kiwanis, Iowa State Bar Association Legal Forms Committee (chair), Northwest Iowa Humane Society (president), as well as several church boards.
