The Old Testament • People speak of God using metaphors comparing God to what they already known from their own experience. • Familiar Old Testament images come: • From nature, • From human life
The New Testament • In the New Testament Jesus shows people what God is like by: • The things he said-his parables. • The things he did- his miracles.
