ITEN is a virtual network of professional leaders in Teacher Education who are willing to share knowledge, experiences, research and best practices.
Built to support horizontal cooperation, ITEN offers a virtual space for interaction for all stakeholders in the field of teacher education in the Americas.
ITEN Offers • Delivery of professional development in the use of ICTs in the classroom for teacher educators and in-service teachers through online courses; • Virtual space and internet tools (Blogs, forums, etc) to foster effective communication among educators, school leaders and other educational stakeholders; • Technical assistancemissionsamong countries to build capacity.
