  1. FSU/CI JPII WorkgroupStatus Report 2 - July 22

Current work events • Team work continues in forward, direction over past few weeks. • Software Inventory nearly complete. • Some documentation efforts currently underway. • Report from IT Practicum expected later this week. • Representatives from IT Practicum will be reporting to JPII representatives.

  3. Challenges faced • Little momentum, rate of progress is slowing • Infrequent communications • Collaboration between courses is practically nil • No plan, lack of organized set of clarified goals and objectives

  4. Gantt Chart • Inventory was 50%, now 100% complete • Document was 25%, now 50% complete • No desktop refurbishment • Project closure has begun

  5. Current Project Schedule • Collect and Compile Documentation • Spreadsheets and diagrams • Solicit feedback from team • Begin Project Closure • Create hand-off strategy • Finalize Technology Plan – July 29th • Prepare Presentation – July 31st

  6. Immediate Issues • Continue updates to the Plan including WBS • Prepare for final presentation of plan to various stakeholders
