Step 3: Enroll participating areas into workspaces • Participating Area= any level within the hierarchy • Example levels: Course • Program • Service Area • Division • Workspaces= custom designed spaces that collect assessment data over time • Participating areas are “enrolled” into workspaces

Step 5: account creation with affiliation and access • Account: basic staff or faculty account with no access to workspaces or reports • Affiliation: specificworkspace(s) in which the user will be expected to enter information • Access: the type and scope of report access and review capabilities
AMS Roles and access levels • Miramar Manager • Designates AMS Coordinators & their permissions • Dean of PRIE, Library and Technology • AMS Coordinators • Can access reports, create workspaces, and create forms in different levels of hierarchy • SLOAC Facilitator, VPs, Deans, Chairs, SLO Liaisons, Service Area Leads • Reviewers and data contributors • Enters and reviews outcomes & assessment data • Chairs, SLO Liaisons, Course Leads, Service Area Leads

Course outcomes can be aligned/ mapped to program and institutional outcomes
