The Company - Dana Transport, Inc and Affiliates • Dana is a worldwide multifaceted industry leader that provides a diverse range of transportation services servicing fortune 500 companies through their various companies. With Headquarters in Avenel, NJ, Ronald Dana founded Dana in 1972. The Company’s network is comprised of over 40 terminals and a fleet of 1,400 tractors, 4,600 cargo tank trailers, 3,800 ISO-tank containers, and 2,000 drop frame chassis, located in 19 states and Puerto Rico. For nearly forty years Dana’s growth has generated internally and through acquisitions and the timeline below highlights the Dana’s acquisitions and organic growth developments. • Dana Transport, Inc. – Dana Transport was formed in 1972 by Ronald Dana • James Keating & Co. Ritter – Ronald Dana purchased the operations of James Keating & Co in 1977. • Dana Container – Created in early 1980’s to provide washing facilities and tank leasing. Also, created Rapid Rail to provide national movement capabilities through intermodal rail/truck service. • International Equipment Logistics – in 1996, International Equipment Logistics, Inc. was founded. • Suttles Truck Leasing, LLC – in 1999, Dana acquired the assets of Suttles Truck Leasing. • Flexitank – in 2005, Dana acquired Flexitank-solidifying presence in Puerto Rico market. • Liquid Transport LLC – in 2006, Dana acquired Liquid Transport Corporation and Flagship Services, Inc. • Dana is comprised of Dana Transport, Inc, its subsidiaries and common ownership affiliates.
