  2. Products • Bic are a budget brand of ball point pens and also lighters and shavers. • They are a different because they are every colourfuland that they make different things like eg. lighters and shavers and most of them are cheap and functional

  3. Advertising + differentiation • “designed for maximum use for minimal environmental footprint”. • They promote them selves as in environmental friendly • They promote social responsibility

  4. Manufactured demand • they really don’t seduce us but because it is convenient to have four different colours in one biro. • The advertisement does not scare me but it is cheaper to buy one rather than many. • I think advertisement attracts the prospective buyer. • They website makes us think they are a good company and that they are a every good range of things. And they are environmental friendly.

  5. Image • Bic don’t really promote an image. • They sell four pens, and things that are cheap. • They are a practical brand.

  6. Manufacturing • pen manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and exporters include North America and Oceania, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. • This fits in with the environmental friendly image because they are marked locals.
