  7. Progress of the project • One year ago • Initial drawing of the project • Community approved • Two fund raisings (last Ramadan and formal fund raising at sheraton) • Almost $200K were raised

  12. Progress of the project • During the GBM on10/9/2011 • Community members requested some changes to the initial drawing of the project • New drawings were presented to the GBM on 4/8/2012

  13. Progress of the project • After the GBM on 4/8/2012 • Continued to receive feedback from community members • Some members recommended some more changes to the drawings

  14. As of today: • $300 K raised • Loan paid • Working on plans for land around masjid & some housing projects
