  2. After successful of The 1st and 2nd contest, Cathay Vietnam has organized “the 3rd Children Painting Contest” within last month from September 1st – October 15, 2011.

  3. Cathay life Insurance Vietnam Young Pioneer Newspaper (Báo Thiếu niên tiền phong) Board of Examiners Fine Arts Association Organization Unit

  4. Contestant: Children who live and study in whole country in the 6-10 age range. No gender discrimination. Group 1: Children in 6-8 age range Group 2: Children in 9-10 age range

  5. Prize Structure • First prize: Certificate and gift worth 3million VND x 6 prizes • Second prize: Certificate and gift worth 2million VND x 12 prizes • Third prize: Certificate and gift worth 1million VND x 18 prizes • Consolation prize: Certificate and gift worth 500,000 VND x 60 prizes • Consolation team prize for school : Certificate and gift worth 3million VND x 12 prizes • Total for 3 regions will be 108 prizes , and the total expenses for prize will be 126.000.000 in VND .
