2. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Select MANIFEST tab A different screen will appear

4. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Select the Manifest Store /Folder to which you wish to add a material You will see a list of the chemicals currently in that store

5. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Select the DISTRIBUTE button to open a ‘crossover’ tool

6. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** CROSSOVER TOOL Click ADD On the Crossover Tool

7. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Enter name of Chemical / MSDS you wish to locate Then hit ‘enter’ or click on ‘GO’

8. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Click on the ‘+’ beside the material you wish to add

9. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** NO we don’t want to add ALL materials with this name to the selected store/folder

10. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Select material (by Vendor) that you wish to add to this Manifest Store /Folder & Click on the ‘+’ beside the name

11. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** If you wish to add more materials click YES & go back to search page., if not click NO

12. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Here’s the material added to this store

13. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Click on ‘Hazard’ box to see ratings for this material

14. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** To view the Vendor MSDS for this material Check box for ‘Vendor’

15. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** To Open, click on the name of your material (from your chosen Vendor)

16. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Click BACK to return to list of materials in this store You can Print, Save this msds using these icon’s

17. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Another way to view the MSDS for this material is go to “FOLDERS” tab

18. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** FOLDERS tab You may wish to “Expand” the levels of your folders then Select the folder into which you added the material

19. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Click on name of material to view MSDS

20. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** Select the MSDS from your chosen Vendor, click on the material name to view MSDS

21. BACK or EXIT returns you to the list of materials in this folder ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** EXIT You can Print, Save this msds using these icon’s

22. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** To EXIT this list select ‘X’

23. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** To Return to first Screen select MATERIALS Tab

24. ADD Materials into a Manifest Store / Folder ** From MANIFEST Tab ** To EXIT ChemFFX, select Logout
