How to Earn Points • Have at least one member from the section attend the RCR Conference Calls [3 pts/call] • Send one member to collegiate region meetings at conferences(3pts/event) • Annual Conference • Region I Collegiate/Joint Meeting • Collegiate Leadership Meeting • Region Conference • Submit Reports on time • Quarterly report [3 pts each report submitted on time; 1 pt for reports submitted late] • Annual Report by June 30, 2012 [3 pts] • Financial Report by June 30, 2012 [3 pts] • Section bylaws up-to-date with templates/changes at Society level [6 pts] • E-postcard (or are in compliance) [6 pts] • Must let RCR know you submitted e-postcard • Have filed to be a subordinate under SWE (working towards being in compliance) [3 pts] • Must let RCR know you filed as a subordinate under SWE by March 31, 2013 • Participate in the Blog • Have a link to the region blog from your section website or Facebook group page [3 pts] • Must let RCCE know where the link is located • Write a blog post [2 pts each, max of 10 pts] • Comment on a blog post [1 pt each, max of 10 pts] • Applying for Society Level Awards and Program Development Grants [5 pts each, max of 15 pts] • Must let RCR know you applied for an Award or PDG. You can copy rcr-i@swe.org on the email when you send in your application. • Submit contact info for outreach chair and graduate student representative [ 1 pt each] • Participate in a CLCC workshop • At a conference • Virtually • Having a coach come to the sections
