Advanced Practitioners – “leading the way” – Who are they? • Ten Advanced Practitioners • Each given six hours remission from teaching • Provide support, coaching, mentoring and training for teachers across the College • Dual professionalism: they are all experienced and qualified both in their vocational/professional/academic area and as teachers, • Consistently demonstrate high standards in their classroom practice.
