  5. Dakota: situation Located in the St.Vital portion of Winnipeg. Largest high school in Louis Riel School Division

  6. Dakota: situation Diverse student population: high and low SES, high newcomer population, EAL, special education programs, really, everybody goes here.

  7. All 300 grade nines started bringing their own computers this September

  8. Yeah, web-enabled phones too.

Our committee of teachers had a million questions. Then we helped to plan an inservice for our staff in May.

  35. I was given a cart of 24 netbooks to use to figure out how to try teaching in a blended learning environment. Better learn to set up a website or three

  36. I started to write a bit and post it on this site. I started to develop a web presence. This made it real for me.

  37. Joining Twitter was a big step. I only did it because my Dad pressured me into it.
