CIOB Proof of Concept Objectives • (1) Develop MAF Measure for Management of IT Indicator • Restrict initial pilot to MAF IT indicator measure wording wiki and blog • Keep scope narrow to ensure simple focus and good chance of success • CIO level participation a critical success factor • Launch in July after CIO Exec Summit as continuation of IT MAF workshops • Run until September to develop the MAF measure with the community • (2) Establish “Terms of Use” within the GC for Web2.0 type tools • Not as time critical as MAF wording • Start with draft disclaimer statements
Establishing Terms of Use Within the GC Governance IM/Records Management Security Common Look and Feel Privacy Accessibility Official Languages Some issues are resolved as part of initial configuration and setup (ex: Closed community within GC - all bound by values and ethics code). The rest will be identified as an outcome of the proof of concept. Need representation from policy centres for proof of concept.
