Shear stud plates As is now
Option to increase shear at top (from Tom Brown) There are four 1” tapped holes in the type-C foot. What’s the added shear capacity if we use continuous (isolated)plates connecting the C’s. If you can increase the tap size going to a larger bolt on the first one should help as all are accessible. Of course the CAD model looks better than the actual parts.
