  2. 1. The Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 provided changes for the provision of employer provided prescription drug benefits for Medicare-eligible retirees. Will your organization eliminate prescription drug coverage for Medicare-eligible retirees based on the new Medicare bill? Note: 44% of respondents indicated that their organization does not offer prescription drug benefits for retirees. Note: Percentages are based on respondents who currently offer prescription drug coverage for retirees (n = 135)
