Observaties en conclusies uit vakgemeenschap 1.0 Over het concept sociale stijging…. • Sociale cohesie lang dominant (verbinden), stijging blijkt voor veel corporaties bruikbaarder aanknopingspunt (verheffen) • Echter: lineaire sociale stijgingsdenken moet worden gerelativeerd • Voorkomen van sociale daling vaak een hele klus • Niet iedereen hoeft/kan vooruit: voor veel huurders is sociale stabilisatie al winst Bureau voor Sociale Argumentatie www.socialeargumentatie.nl

Over de relevantie van de vier stijgingsroutes… • Bijdragen woningcorporaties niet voor elke stijgingsroute voor de hand liggend (bijv. onderwijs) • Raakt ook aan legitimatiekwesties (middelen zijn immers huurdersgeld) • Initiatieven lijken meest trefzeker wanneer wordt gelinkt met kernactiviteit wonen c.q. publieke ruimte Bureau voor Sociale Argumentatie www.socialeargumentatie.nl

Over het organiseren van sociale stijging… • Initiatieven corporaties bewegen zich langs twee dimensies: • interveniërend vs. faciliterend • sociale stijging vs. sociale stabilisatie • Kritische reflectie op effectiviteit eigen aanpak(ken) vaak nog beperkt Bureau voor Sociale Argumentatie www.socialeargumentatie.nl

Aanbevelingen • Verweef sociaal stijgingsbeleid in primair proces (stop de projectencarrousel) • Volg de route “wonen” en neem van daaruit zijpaden • Formaliseer de interventies, informaliseer de facilitering • Handel uit welbegrepen eigenbelang en dat van de huurders Bureau voor Sociale Argumentatie www.socialeargumentatie.nl
