  1. SERVICE STARts With heART! Student Artists of Randolph Elementary School Grades 1-5 Principal: Karen Bessette Art Teacher: Linda Heier

  2. Randolph Elementary SchoolArtists wanted to find a way to assist the families that were affected by the recent hurricanes and other disasters.

  3. Our school song lyrics state: Our Parents serve the nation, our school reflects the best… which inspired us to SERVE TOO!

  4. Every student designed a pin with a heart or star as part of the design. These pins are being sold to raise money for the Red Cross relief efforts.

  5. The Red Cross states that they can turn every dollar donated into seventeen dollars of buying power.

  6. Therefore, we did the math and figured that if we raise $2,000.00, it would be equivalent to $34,000.00 for the families affected by these natural disasters.

  7. We hope to sell the 500 pins it would take to reach our goal.We’re keeping track of our progress on a bar graph located outside our school office.

  8. Please HELP US SERVE OTHERS by buying some of our creations. Each pin costs only $4.00.

  9. We’re “JUST KIDS” but we CAN and WILL make a difference!
