Summary “Gaining the ability to support multiple applications on a single platform helps us simplify and accelerate development efforts. And the whole industry is moving toward the IMS standard, which requires a lot of interoperability among the components—and working off a standards-based platform helps with that. Leveraging the same platform for multiple applications also helps operators with their back-office integration efforts and their ability to roll out new services faster—both are good for the bottom line.” Steve French, senior manager, product marketing, Tekelec.
