2 Why We Surveyed • Anecdotal support for Webinar series has been strong from audience members, presenters, and Fellows, but… • Survey data will point to specific areas for improvement • Will also help identify future topics and speakers • Will allow us to compare interest with last year’s survey results
3 Who We Surveyed • On June 24, sent invitation to 7,279 LMCO staff who registered since the program’s inception • For firewall and confidentiality reasons, Scott LaChance sent a reminder the next week. • Received 356 responses, compared to 334 for last year’s survey

Key Conclusions We See Overwhelming support on most questions: 80% and 90% or more favorable 97.2% say series should continue Strong but not overwhelming support: Q3: Helped me in my work (65.6% agree) Little support for change: frequency (89.6% stay same) length of Q&A session (23.4% longer) Neutral (43.9%) on increased interest within group (Q9) 5
