Virtual Staging Client wanted to add this property to his existing portfolio of rented accommodation, but wasn't convinced it could be transformed to a contemporary interior to attract a higher calibre tenant and subsequent increase in rental return. So what we did was furnish the property VIRTUALLY! We created a 3D model to scale, and then furnished and decorated using furnishings from local suppliers therefore being able to produce an estimated budget. Everything was done to scale, so the visualisations give a very accurate view of how it would look in reality. So what happened you ask? It worked! The client bought the property & we carried out the renovation works to the exact visualisations. Lounge Before
