Experience Design • ...is based on the belief that people change their behaviors, actions and thinking in response to mental input. • Good experience design depends on knowing (or discovering) when, where and how to effect people in a particular manner. In short, it is driven by psychology.

Designers must adopt methods and language that ties their success with the business goals of their customers. In other words, think and act in terms of design giving customers a ROI: a return on investment.
