  2. Fire Safety • Knowing how to react in a fire is important. It may save your life some day • In this presentation you will learn ways to detect and avoid fires.

  3. How to detect fire • Learning to detect a fire is crucial • Be aware of your surroundings • If it starts to get hot, there may be a fire

  4. How to tell if there is fire • Fire is usually bright orange • Fire will hurt you if you touch it • Fire generates heat and smoke • You may notice people running about screaming “FIRE! FIRE!”

  5. What to do in case of fire • In case of fire, you should make every attempt to notify somebody who can deal with it as soon as possible

  6. What should I do if I detect fire? DON’T PANIC Call the fire department Get away from the fire What to do in case of fire
