  2. Technical Proposal : Slimeline connector ODD P4 • Slim ODD with Serial ATA interface has P4 as MD (Manufacturing Diagnostic) for drive vendor testing. P1 as DP (Device Present) for Host use. • There is requirement for power saving by +5V off system, this system is needed Eject bottom SW signal out. • Lenovo propose to change from P4 MD to P4 MD/EJ, Manufacturing Diagnostic while drive vender testing in the MFGplant, Eject Switch signal out while Host side connection. • Function selection of P4 can be done in both of F/W control and Electrical Jumper pin. • This keeps backward compatibility and no additional cost with F/W control case Presentation title and date change by using > View > Slide Master
