Midterm Deficiency Grades • A nightly process runs, identifies midterm grades of C- or below and notifies students and their advisers: Student Email (CC’d to primary adviser): Subject: Mid-term Report of Unsatisfactory Progress Dear Student, You have received a grade of C- in EE 005: Introduction to Embedded Systems for FA 2009-10. This indicates unsatisfactory progress at mid-term. The following comment was submitted as well: “Please submit missing homework sets.” Please confer with your instructor. Additional Grading Highlights • Email notifications to instructor of course whenever a grade is changed. • Email notifications to students if grade is change OR grade is added after the ‘Fully Graded Date’ in the system • Can still print grade sheets on demand for mailing/faxing
