Facial lacerations. Lines of skin tension. Curvilinear forehead flap will become edematous, unsightly bulge. Undermine superior flap, excise superficial fascia, then close with half buried hoizontal mattress. Superficial cheek structures of importance: Facial nerve, Parotid Duct.

  3. Curvilinear forehead flap will become edematous, unsightly bulge

  4. Undermine superior flap, excise superficial fascia, then close with half buried hoizontal mattress

  5. Superficial cheek structures of importance: Facial nerve, Parotid Duct

  6. Central tongue laceration, no suture required

  7. Lateral tongue lac. Close with silk, large bites to include mucosa and 1/2 thickness of muscular tongue

  8. Superfical lip laceration, single layer closure, vermillion border approximated 1st

  9. Through and Through lip lac, close lip muscle separately, then vermillion and skin, close mucosa if longer than 2 cm,

  10. Anchor gingival flaps around teeth
