Qualities a Vision Statement • Discuss, digest, cut, polish, review, revise • 1-2 sentences- • Cut out the buzz words • Who do you want to become? • Avoid: Phrases such as “being the best possible,” “world-class,” and “great customer service” mean little because everybody uses them
