  1. Vision statement QualityCriteria: Questionsyou must ask: Are you and your team capable of communicating the shared vision to whom it mayconcern so that it makesense to all relevant stakeholders? Can youdemonstratethat all stakeholdersagree upon the described vision.

  2. It is important to make a clear vision of the project so youmeetyourstakeholders real needs. • The vision captures the high-levelrequirements and design constraints, giving the reader an understanding of the system to bedeveloped.

  3. The vision statement • Problem definition ( why do wereallywant to start the development of this system? What it the problems behind the problem ( lawissues, customerissues…..)) • Features (which features can an IT system provide, so that the customerneeds is fulfilled) • Stakeholders ( whoare the stakeholders, the team ?????) • Competences and qualifications (to clarifywhichcompetences and qualifications the team need to meetthis vision)

  4. Remember • The shared vision is the product of the firstiteration.
