Problem Statement • The Primary purpose of the Short to Medium Range Positional Device is to locate an automobile from a short distance with a visual display. • The team will be implementing Radio Frequency (RF), RF sensors, microcontrollers, and Remote Keyless Entry System (RKE) to locate the automobile.

  3. Background • Ever come out of a store and were not able to find the car? The Short to Medium Range Positional Device (Car Locator) will save time and the embarrassment of losing the car. • The Car Locator will assist the owner in finding the car quickly and with ease.
