View and print payroll reports In this post we will discuss to learn how to view and print reports in your online payroll account those are commonly in use by using intuit basic payroll For making and printing of report just run and print payroll reports in your payroll account anytime. It is a very easy process and doesn’t need much expertise. This process will help you keep track of your payroll details and history, especially on year ends. Make Reports in Intuit Online Payroll How to print payroll report in Intuit Online Payroll? Follow the below mentioned process for this process Go to Menu Reports and then select the report you want to run. Filter the report by date range, employee, or work location. Select the option Update Report. Export and print: You have the option to export the report in an excel file and print it. Just select View in Excel at the bottom. If you choose to print the same view as you have in your online payroll, select Printer- Friendly Version at the bottom.

This report only shows up if your state has a mandated retirement plan, and if the plan has been set up in your payroll account.
