The equation The calculation for the car on the hill is: Y=10(x) F(x)=10(x) 0 ≤ x ≤ 80 0≤ y ≤ 8
Independent and dependent Variables The independent value is the number of miles of the slant of the hill. The dependent valueis how fast the car goes down the hill. How fast the car goes depends on how many miles its travels.
