Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) Lesson Learned Need to Measure the Objectives General Indicator allows creativity to deal with uncertainty and changes Indicator with numbers better to be a living indicator/flexible for changes Need to develop M&E system that applicable by the City Government Need to develop a set of tool to measure the impact of each adaptation project to the City Resiliency, in which it contributes to Urban Resilience Indicator
